LTM4661 是一款同步升压型开关模式μModule (电源模块) 稳压器,其采用 6.25mm x 6.25mm x 2.42mm BGA 封装。封装中内置了开关控制器、功率 FET、电感器和所有的支持组件。LTM4661 在 1.8V 至 5.5V (启动之后低至 0.7V) 的输入电压范围内运作,可调节一个 2.5V 至 15V (由一个外部电阻器设定) 的输出电压。该器件提供高达 4A 的开关电流。仅需采用大容量的输入和输出电容器。
LTM4661 1MHz 开关频率和双相单输出架构可实现针对电压和负载变化的快速瞬态响应,并显著地降低输出纹波电压。这款器件支持频率同步、多相 (PolyPhase) 操作和可选的突发模式操作。
LTM4661 拥有真正的输出断接 (在停机期间) 和浪涌电流限制 (在启动时) 功能。另外,它还具备短路、过压和过热保护能力。

Demonstration circuit 2569A is ultrathin step-up μModule regulator featuring the LTM4661. The DC2569A operates over 1.8V to 5.5V input and it generates 12V, 1A output from 5V input. Also, the LTM4661 has precision voltage reference, which can generate output voltage with 3% tolerance over the full operating conditions. The 1MHz switching frequency operation results in small and efficient circuit. The converter operates with only one phase in burst mode and achieves over 90% efficiency with 100mA load. The demonstration circuit can be easily modified to generate different output voltages.
