LTC4415 包含两个单片式电源通路 (PowerPath) 理想二极管,各能提供高达 4A 的电流,并具 50mΩ 的典型正向导通电阻。在低电流条件下,二极管电压降在正向导通期间被调节至 15mV,从而扩大了电源工作范围并确保在电源切换过程中不会产生振荡。从 OUT 流至 IN 的反向电流小于 1μA,因而使得该器件非常适合于电源“或”应用。
采用输入 EN1 和 EN2 对两个理想二极管进行独立使能及优先级排序。输出电流限值可以采用 CLIM 引脚上的电阻器在 0.5A 至 4A 之间独立调节。此外,还能通过 CLIM 引脚电压来监视理想二极管电流。
漏极开路状态引脚在理想二极管处于正向导通状态时发出指示信号。当芯片温度接近热停机门限、或者输出负载超过电流限制门限时,对应的报警引脚将被拉至低电平。
