LTC3576/LTC3576-1 是面向锂离子/锂聚合物电池应用的高集成度电源管理和电池充电器 IC。这两款器件均包括一个具自动负载优先级处理功能的高效率、双向开关 PowerPath 管理器、一个电池充电器、一个理想二极管、一个用于外部高电压开关稳压器的控制器和三个具 I2C 可调输出电压的通用降压型开关稳压器。内部开关稳压器可自动地限制输入电流 (以兼容 USB 规格),而且当从电池供电时还能够产生适合于 USB On-the-Go 应用的 5V/500mA。USB 和外部开关稳压器电源通路均执行 Bat-Track 优化型充电操作,旨在从高达 38V 的电源来为应用电路提供较大的功率。一个过压保护电路负责保护 LTC3576/LTC3576-1 免遭由于 VBUS 或 WALL 引脚上高电压所造成的损坏 (仅采用两个外部元件便能完成此项任务)。LTC3576/ LTC3576-1 采用扁平的 38 引脚 (4mm x 6mm x 0.75mm) QFN 封装。

Demonstration Circuit DC1577A is a switching power manager that features a high-efficiency bidirectional PowerPath switching regulator for USB On-the-Go, a controller for an external high voltage step-down switching regulator, a 1A battery charger (4.1V VFLOAT), an ideal diode, an always-on LDO, an overvoltage protection circuit and three general purpose synchronous step-down switching regulators. The three DC/DC converters provide 1.9V to 3.6V @ 400mA, 1.8V to 3.4V @ 400mA and 1V to 1.8V @ 1A.
The DC1577A Demo Circuit can be controlled from a software GUI. Most of the features of the LTC3576EUFE-1 are only accessible via its I2C port.
